Ravens' Terrell Suggs on Patriots' Tom Brady: 'He's pretty good'
Baltimore Ravens?linebacker?Terrell Suggs?said he respects the?New England
Patriots, but he still refuses to call?Tom Brady's name leading up to Monday
night's game on ESPN.
Reporters on Wednesday peppered Suggs with questions about Brady. But a slightly
smiling Suggs didn't budge showed in the conversation.
About Brady became the winningest quarterback in NFL history, Suggs said "He's
pretty good. Like I said, wins are wins and numbers are numbers. Numbers don't
lie."
In October 2013, Suggs was asked what he thought about Brady in an interview,
Suggs said they didn't like each other.
Reporter said he really didn't want to talk about Brady nor to say his name, he
said they're playing a good team. It's going to be a fun game this week. They
accept the challenge and will have fun.
Suggs show more admiration toward the Patriots than before. He said he just
respect the super bowls. Wins are wins and championships are championships.
For the biggest rivals, Suggs said that's pretty close, they've had legendary
games with both of the Patriots or Steelers, Ravens-Steelers is the biggest.
Instead of saying Brady's name in recent years, Suggs has referred to him as the
"quarterback from New England" or "the pretty boy from up north."
The feud between them dates back to 2010, Suggs said their then-three Super Bowl
championships were "questionable."
